Amor Veneris
Amor Veneris was the inaugural exhibition of MUSEX, a museum dedicated to sexuality, pedagogy, and the politics of the body. Curated by Marta Crawford and Fabrícia Valente, the show brought together works by Paula Rego, Louise Bourgeois, and Sophia Wallace to trace a critical and sensory path through themes of consent, pleasure, and sexual violence.

The visual identity was conceived as a map. Not a map that orients, but one that disorients, in the manner of Lewis Carroll: a territory drawn from the inside out, where the act of navigation is itself the discovery. Applied to an exhibition about female sexuality and the path to pleasure, this cartographic logic becomes an argument: that the journey is neither linear nor predetermined, that complexity is not an obstacle to be resolved but a condition to be inhabited.
